Event Description

It was reported that post-operative the patient experienced ventricular fibrillation (vf), ventricular tachycardia (vt) and atrial fibrillation (af) while in recovery from a procedure to implant an implantable pulse generator (ipg) system, and subsequently passed away after many rounds of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (cpr) and external cardioversion.Cause of death was not provided.The ipg system remains in the patient. .
