Philips received a complaint from the customer, reporting that the v60 ventilator displayed a "proximal pressure line disconnect" alarm, however, there was no disconnection to circuit.The device was in clinical use when the issue occurred.No patient or user harm reported.The customer reported that the v60 ventilator displayed a "proximal pressure line disconnect" alarm, however, there was no disconnection to circuit.It was then noted that the airflow had been very weak and no flow had been measured.The investigation is ongoing.
