Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging system being used during a sacroiliac and thoracolumbar procedure.It was reported that the image acquisition system (ias) shut down when the ias was removed from the op stand after taking the images. the problem was resolved by rebooting.There was no impact on patient outcome.
