Philips received a complaint from the customer, reporting that the v60 ventilator came off the stand.There was no patient involvement when the issue occurred.No patient or user harm reported.

H10: the customer reported that the issue was resolved after adjusting the screws at the bottom of the device, to the base of the roll stand.The device was returned to service.
