Event Description
It was reported that the patient has been experiencing periodic blackouts where he loses consciousness.The patient reports that the first episode after arriving home from his titration visit on 1/17/2024.It was also reported by the patient wife that he recently noticed his personality changes and went through bank statements and saw excessive spending during the summer months.Patient noted to have several days with zero memory of what went on, wife believes the patient was in a manic episode.No other relevant information has been received to date.
 
Event Description
Additional information received noting that the relationship of the vasovagal syncope to the implant procedure and device is not related.The action taken was noted to be treatment interrupted and the outcome of the event is not recovered/not resolved.
