Event Description
According to the available information altis sling was opened in the operation room.With the two helical trocars, doctor successfully implanted both anchors of the first sling.However, when he went to tension the sling with the tensioning suture, the dynamic anchor separated from the suture.Consequently, he cut the other side of the sling and removed the product.Another altis sling was opened and implanted successfully.There were no issues reported with the patient.
