Event Description
It was reported that during use of the right ventricular (rv) lead the patient reported light headedness.  the rv lead appeared to b e oversensing  during the atrial arrhythmia, caused under pacing in ventricular and low r waves noted.  a rv lead integrity alert (lia) triggered for two or more high rate non-sustained episodes.  the rv lead remains in use.  no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that approximately eight days later the patient had a device check.The patient light headedness was related to the reported rv lead pacing and sensing issues; the rv lead was oversensing atrial fibrillation (af), causing pacing inhibition in a pacemaker dependent patient.Rv lead revision was performed.
