This report is based on information provided by philips remote service personnel and has been investigated by the philips complaint handling team.Philips received a complaint on the efficia dfm100 defibrillator indicating that device ecg is not functioning.Based on the information available, the reported issue did not reproduce and cause was not able to identify.No further evaluation is required.Device is working fine as per manufacturer's specifications.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
