Event Description
The patient believes her device is being turned off by theft detection systems in retail stores.I received a call today and she stated "i walked passed eclectic toothbrushes in walgreens and the security system alarmed and now i believe my device is off".Followup investigation: she had a follow up visit with physician and the impedance was in range and the device was working as it should.
