Event Description
|
It was reported that approximately three months post a port placement via the right internal jugular vein, the catheter allegedly raised cranially from the right internal cervical puncture site, and made a u-turn inside the blood vessel, and descended caudally.It was further reported that the catheter had fallen caudally from the internal jugular and the tip was in the correct position.The current status of the patient is unknown.
