In speaking with the olympus technical assistance center (tac), the customer reported that they have one tower. All scopes would not physically go into the socket correctly. The tac asked if they could see anything blocking socket holes and the customer stated no.On site support was requested but the tac explained that there are no settings to change that would affect this, and if the socket is physically broken then this would need to be repaired at olympus as these units are not on site repaired. To date, the device has not been returned.Should additional relevant information become available, a supplemental report will be submitted.
