Event Description
Philips received a complaint by the customer on the v60 indicating that the alarm for a patient disconnect had occurred.The device was in use on a patient at the time the reported issue was discovered; however, there was no harm to the patient or user.The customer called in to report that a patient disconnect alarm had occurred while in use on a patient.No patient harm was reported, and the unit was removed from service without incident.Onsite service is pending.Device evaluation and repair are pending.
