Event Description

Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported broken, cracked down one side of the pump and pump did not turn on.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Troubleshooting was performed and unresolved.The customer will discontinue using the insulin pump and will be returned for analysis.
