Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction/sacral nerve stim.It was reported that the last one didn't do its job. the patient stated when they uninstalled the last one, the lead was over 2 inches away from their bladder.Patient stated it kept them up at 3 am running back and forth to the bathroom all night long.  it never worked.
