Event Description
It was reported that patient is to undergo explant due to severe discomfort along the electrode and generator after losing significant weight.It was later reported that the lead and generator were explanted.The report of pain at generator site and generator explant are reported in mfr report: # 1644487-2024-00328.The explanted device has not been received to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.

Product analysis was completed on the lead.Continuity checks of the returned lead portion were performed during the functional analysis, and no discontinuities were identified.The condition of the returned lead portion is consistent with conditions that typically exist following an explant procedure.No other relevant information has been received to date.
