Event Description
It was reported that during the implant procedure, the left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited a high pacing threshold in the target vein, along with high pacing impedance values.A lead parameter test was performed a second time during the procedure, however, the high threshold and impedance continued to be observed.The lv lead was replaced with a left bundle branch block lead.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
