It was reported that this right ventricular (rv) lead was presenting loss of capture and high thresholds measurements.The lead also was showing sensing issues and pacing out of range.This occurred due to the patient not following the restrictions post implant.The lead was repositioned and remains in service.No additional information is available at the moment.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
