Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system being used during a functional endoscopic sinus surgery (fess) procedure.It was reported that the system went black for about 10-15 seconds.The screen then came back on.There was a reported delay to the procedure of less than one hour.There was no reported impact to the patient.

Event Description
Additional information was received.The new computer (aio) when received would prompt the black background and then say enter password.Restarting the system and reseating the ssd did not resolve the issue.
