Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information collected, the issue occurred during the procedure, and the procedure was continued by switching the signal cables to review monitor.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and identified that the vga had no signal because the display port was changed from dvi to vga.Fse reset signal to the dvi display.After repairs, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
