A spacelabs healthcare product support specialist is working with the customer to gather the log files for additional investigation into the reported event.At this time, the log files haven't been received.A supplemental mdr will be submitted in accordance with 21 cfr 803.56 when the additional information is made available.
 
Event Description
The customer reported that their xhibit central station did not alarm for v-run after exceeding the alarm threshold set.There was no patient or user harm associated with this event.
