Event Description
Originally submitted on (b)(4) had to create new (b)(4) due to wrong opco.It was reported on an on an unknown date that the handle for the colinear clamp had a crack that had appeared and then snapped.There was no surgical delay.The procedure was successfully completed.No fragments were generated.There were no patient outcomes or consequences.This report is for one (1) collinear reduction clamp sliding mechan this is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
