Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction/sacral nerve stim.It was reported that they had it moved after their first device was implanted.
 
Event Description
Upon further review the following information is being added: clarification to patient's statement: "they already had to have it moved after it was put in the first time, and it was moved the 2nd time and now want to do it a 3rd time" patient services understood patient meant ins surgeries in general and patient was not specifically speaking of lead wire surgery.
