Event Description
|
It was reported to medtronic minimed that the customer had 2 sensors that were not starting.As both sensors went into blood, the customer was not sure whether the sensor was the problem or the transmitter.The transmitter was tested and it did not blink.The customer reported no adverse event.The event involved product(s) mmt-7821lww.The customer requested to run the test plug procedure.No damage was reported to the transmitter.Led light did not blink when connected to the tester or when removed from the charger after it was fully charged.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Product return for mmt-7821lww is not expected.
