Event Description
It was reported that this right ventricular (rv) lead presented failure to capture even at maximum pacing output.It was further reported that the patient had experienced a cardiac tamponade as a result of a perforation and a sternotomy had been performed.This lead was subsequently successfully repositioned.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
