Event Description
It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead exhibited out of range (oor) high pacing impedance and no capture.The lead remains in use. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the rv lead had high defibrillation coil impedance and was found to have a low voltage fracture.The lead was explanted and replaced.
