It was reported to medtronic minimed that the customer experienced blank display.The customer reported no adverse event.The event involved product(s) unk paradigm.Troubleshooting was performed.Customer reported a blank display.Display was blank at the time of the call.Battery cap contacts and battery compartment and/or springs are not damaged.Display returned after inserting a new battery.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.No product return is required for unk paradigm.
