This report is based on information provided by philips authorized service provider (asp) personnel and has been investigated by the philips complaint handling team.Philips received a complaint on the heartstart mrx indicating the charging time had increased.The asp evaluated the device and found no problems.There was no device malfunction.No further actions are required.Based on the information available and the testing conducted, the device had no problems.The reported problem was not confirmed.Based on the information available and results of additional analysis, no further action is necessary at this time.The device was not malfunctioning.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
