Event Description
|
Philips received a complaint from the customer reporting that a proximal pressure sensor autozero failed message occurred on the v60 ventilator.It is unknown if the device was in use on a patient at the time of the event.There was no patient or user harm reported.The diagnostic code 110b indicating the proximal pressure is not measured, and the pressure-related alarms are compromised was confirmed in the device event log.The customer was provided a service proposal for onsite diagnostics and repair.

The customer canceled the onsite service and reported that repair activity was completed onsite.The error has been cleared.Multiple attempts were made to try to obtain further details, but no response was received from the customer.The complaint will be processed for closure.If additional information becomes available at a later date, the complaint will be reopened, and a supplemental report will be submitted.
