Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).The reason for call was patient reported that since they were implanted with the device they have had difficulty charging their implant and stimulation turned off by itself yesterday.Patient stated that half the time when they are charging the implant they saw no device found.Patient mentioned when they were out for a walk and their stimulation turned off.Patient mentioned they know the stimulation was off because they felt pain.Patient commented they do not know how to use their external equipment and they need to meet with an manufacturer representative (rep) in person for further education.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.
