Event Description
During the index procedure a in pact av access was used to treat the left arm.Approximately 6 months post procedure patient suffere d restenosis left subclavian and left cephalic arch. patient underwent balloon angioplasty of the subclavian vein followed by balloon angioplasty and drug coated balloon angioplasty of the cephalic arch, both successfully treated.Patient recovered.
