It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead and left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited rising thresholds and had dislodged two days post implant.Additionally, it was noted that the patient experienced discomfort, specifically back pain.The leads were explanted and replaced.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
