Event Description
It was reported by the pmi group that a patient underwent a left shoulder arthroplasty on an unknown date.Subsequently, the patient underwent a revision approximately eleven (11) months ago to receive pmi product due to loosening of the glenoid component.The patient was also noted to have poor bone stock around the central post.Attempts have been made and no further information has been provided.
