A philips remote service engineer (rse) spoke with the customer and confirmed the reported problem "multiple surveillance and overviews are down".The rse logged in to the primary server and found that multiple surveillance and overviews were offline which were in reconnecting and service mode.A rse checked the switches under device status and there were six switches including two distribution switches and one coreb router that were offline.The rse asked biomed to restart the core b and after the restart some of the systems started working.After all the switches and the router were connected, the system started working but some of them were still in the service mode.The rse started placing the service mode systems into monitoring mode and that resolved the rest of the issue.The cause of the reported problem is network issue.The reported problem was confirmed.The device remains in use.
