On (b)(6) 2024, this patient underwent an endovascular treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm using gore® excluder® aaa endoprosthesis.When deploying a contralateral leg component in the left side, it landed in the external iliac artery for about 2 cm and the internal iliac artery was unintentionally covered.No additional treatment was given for the coverage.The patient tolerated the procedure.The reporting physician commented as follows: during angiography, the sheath was not pulled to the external iliac artery and the c-arm angle was not properly, making it difficult to visualize the bifurcation.
