Event Description
It was reported that the patient developed an infection and the implantable pulse generator (ipg) system was explanted and replaced.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the patient experienced enterococcus faecalis bacteremia, endocarditis and a fever.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
