Pf303 avant guard clinical study, subject id: (b)(4).It was reported that following an irreversible electroporation ablation procedure using a farawave catheter the patient experienced hypotension and cardiogenic shock. The ablation procedure was completed successfully, however, post-procedure they still required vasopressors and intraoperative support due to ongoing hypotension and cardiogenic shock.Diagnostic heart catheterization took place to rule out causes for the hypotension. The patient was admitted to the hospital and during their stay additional imaging, x-rays and echocardiogram, were performed to rule out any additional causes of hypotension.Ultimately the cause of the hypotension was not determined. They were discharged from the hospital four days later with no further complications reported. The catheter is not expected to be returned as the complication emerged after the procedure, when the catheter would have been discarded.
