Event Description
It was reported that on unknown date, the patient underwent orif for distal radius fracture.During intra-op instrument setting time, the attachment concern broke off.The event unlikely harmed the patient.There are no surgical details at this moment.No further information is available.This report is for one soft tiss attach j-shap f/red forceps this is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
