Event Description
|
Information was received from a manufacturer representative regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for unknown indications for use.It was reported that the patient was experiencing a loss of therapy and high impedance was noted on all electrodes.The micro and lead 978a128 were explanted and replaced.They wanted to know if the micro ipg is broken.Rep explained to them the high impedance indicates a problem with the lead.The issue was resolved.
