Event Description
It was reported that during hysterectomy procedure, the product had shaking when first used, but as it was not a very sensitive area, the doctor was able to use it.When trying to use it for the second time, even after carrying out several tests, the shaking problem persisted.There was a procedure delay of 60 minutes.The procedure was performed with another instrument.Patient status is reported as alive with no injury.Tests were carried out on the day with three different burs.

Additional information received stating that the burrs were not tested with any other skeeter since customer didn't have any other skeeter to test.
