Information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp) regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction.It was reported that the patient was experiencing a return of their baseline symptoms of urge incontinence.An x-ray was taken revealing that the lead was in the pocket next to the battery, however the patient denied falling or experiencing any blunt trauma since their implant date.This issue was resolved by replacing the lead on (b)(6) 2024.
