Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information received the device was inside clinical use at the time of the reported event.The customer was performing a coronary diagnosis procedure which was completed by moving the patient to another room.A philips remote service engineer (rse) examined the system remotely and confirmed that the system could not be used due to an image disk problem.The system log showed that fco 72200566 is required.Rse instructed the customer that onsite work would be required, and the system was down.In case # (b)(4), fse re-created the image store, and in case # (b)(4) to resolve the issue, fse replaced drive bays in the host and ippc as a part of fco722005566.After the replacement, the system returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
