Event Description
Clinical study name: faradise, clinical study id: (b)(6), clinical patient id: (b)(6).It was reported that after the patient was discharged following a procedure using a farawave pulsed field ablation catheter the patient experienced syncope with a fall and head trauma, resulting in a subdural hematoma.The patient was admitted to the hospital again and a head computed tomography (ct) scan was performed.Treatment for the patient consisted of reversing anticoagulation via medication.The hospital admission lasted ten days, after which the patient was discharged with the complications resolved.At discharge, the patient had no neurological deficits.The device is not expected to be returned for analysis.
