Event Description
Information was received from a consumer via a manufacturer¿s representative regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for unknown indications for use it was reported that the patient heard some noise coming from neurostimulator a couple of weeks ago on one occasion.Cause unknown. the neurostimulator was read with the n'vision programmer but no issue identified.They could not hear the noise during the medical appointment.The noise was no longer heard since it appeared the first time.
