|
Philips received a complaint from the customer, reporting that the v60 ventilator had a touchscreen that was failing calibration.There was no patient involvement when the issue occurred.There was no patient or user harm reported.During troubleshooting, the remote service engineer (rse) provided the customer with the latest version of the service manual and the specific section for the repair of the reported issue.The rse also provided the customer with the part number for a replacement touchscreen.
