Philips has investigated this complaint. The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the system was not able to boot up completely.A review of the system log file didn¿t confirm the reported malfunction.Upon functional testing, the fse determined ippc and os disk failure and tried to re-establish the communication link between host pc and ippc, but issue persisted. To resolve the reported issue, the fse replaced the hard disk drives, loaded the ghost backup into system, updated the pacs and worklist settings to current settings, modified database for updated auto push settings, adjusted bodyguard sensors, and created new ghost backup. After replacement and necessary configuration, the system was returned to use in good working order. The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
