The following information was reported to gore: on (b)(6) 2021, this patient underwent an endovascular treatment for an abdominal aortic aneurysm using gore® excluder® aaa endoprostheses.A contralateral leg endoprosthesis was implanted on the left side just above the internal and external iliac artery bifurcation.On an unknown date, during a follow-up, a left distal type i endoleak and aneurysm enlargement were observed.On (b)(6) 2024, a reintervention was perfomed.An additional stent graft was implanted to extend to the left external iliac artery after embolization of the left internal iliac artery.Angiography confirmed no endoleak and the procedure was completed.The patient tolerated the procedure.
