Event Description
The following information was reported to gore: on (b)(6) 2024, a patient underwent endovascular treatment of a chronic type b aortic dissection using two gore® tag® conformable thoracic stent graft with active control system (ctagac) devices.During the treatment, tgmr404015j was implanted just below the left subclavian artery.An angiography revealed a possible proximal type i endoleak.The physician decided to monitor it.The patient tolerated the procedure.On (b)(6) 2024, a disseminated intravascular coagulation (dic) was observed and a computed tomography angiography revealed a possible proximal type i endoleak.On (b)(6) 2024, a reintervention was performed.An angiography revealed no proximal type i endoleak, however additionally gore® tag® conformable thoracic stent graft with active control system (ctagac) was implanted proximally just below the left common carotid artery as planned.The patient tolerated the procedure.
