Event Description
Medtronic received information that on the same day post implant of this 22mm aortic mechanical valve, the patient experienced third degree atrio-ventricular block (avb) and right bundle branch block (rbbb) which was treated with temporary pacing initially.It was stated that a permanent pacemaker was implanted 7 days later.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
