It was reported by the patient that his spectra concealable penile prosthesis "has collapsed" and is "not even one inch long." the device remains implanted.There were no patient complications reported as a result of this event.

Additional information received indicated the spectra concealable penile prosthesis was removed and replaced with another erectile restoration device.
