A ge service rep performed an on site investigation.The reported issue could not be duplicated.The generator backplane was reseated and the power supply was adjusted during the service call.The system was tested, found to be working as intended and put back into service.
 
Event Description
The customer reported that the system continued to beep after the exposure button was released.This is consistent with a gib/ffb reboot and lock up.This could result in the delay or cancellation of a procedure.There is no report of injury or death associated with this event.
